Guiding you from recovery to resilience... all from home
Guiding you from recovery to resilience... all from home
Hi, I’m Rebecca Tannous.
I’m an APA (Australian Physiotherapy Association) Sports and Exercise Titled Physiotherapist, dual-country certified in Australia and Austria, with over 10+ years of experience helping people move better, recover from injury, and manage pain. I’m passionate about empowering clients to take control of their health, whether that’s in the clinic or from the comfort of their own home.
Through telehealth, I provide personalised, evidence-based physiotherapy to clients across Australia. I’ve supported many people through successful non-operative Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) rehabilitation, both in-person and remotely. I also developed the Building Stronger Bones program in Cairns for peri- and postmenopausal women, which has helped participants reverse osteoporosis and restore healthy bone density.
My career has taken me around the world, and I’ve worked as a physiotherapist in the UK, the Isle of Man, and Australia. Alongside my physiotherapy training, I’m also a qualified yoga and Pilates instructor. This combination gives me a unique perspective on movement, strength, and reducing injury risk.
I take the time to understand your goals, lifestyle, and challenges. Together, we create practical, achievable plans that help you feel stronger, move with confidence, and enjoy lasting results. My approach blends clinical expertise with genuine care, so you always feel supported and informed on your journey to better movement and wellbeing.
